Once again I’m stuck waiting for the next book, literally could not put the book down. Really just did it all in one shot no sleep at all ha ha ha

It's not bad but definitely fell short

I actually like the series and hope it gets better, so don't think im just hating on the book. Does it seem to anyone else that Lucius is becoming more whiney and less tactically sound in the head?
I mean he trains like crap then wonders why he can't fight as well. I'm not going to get into the back and forth with the girl

3 year wait...

I love this series. I really hope it doesn’t take another 3 years to get 12 hours of book with 4 hours of good combat. I’m cool with the forbidden love story. I’m cool with the ladies loving the MC. I’m cool with basically all of it, except if it’s going to take another 3 years, either ramp up the action, or give us twice the content. Macleod is awesome (he’s also real good in the Cowboy Necromancer series by Harmon Cooper, highly recommend). Thanks for another addition Apollos!

Very enjoyable

I always enjoy underdog stories, mix that with some forbidden love, unbeatable enemy and the fate of the world and you get this book. Great story, cant wait for next book.

After years of waiting

After years of waiting I believe this picked up and kept going/ adjusted and grew developed fantastically. I’m very pleased that moobs is not a thing in this book as it was the only downfall to the other books.

this books has everything. the development of the character is on point. it's been a year since I haven't listened to a master piece. well done. worth the time, worth the money.

One of the best so far

The is book was great. Good story line and I like the cliffhanger ending. Add on that the reader says “mobs” correctly and not “mobes” makes me happy lol

The character development is easily my favorite part of this series. Can't wait for the next book.

The training the MC puts himself through drives this book. The willingness to put himself through so much for the one he loves that can never truly have. Just to help her come close to her goal. wow

Oh, also I don’t know if you ever read these comments but when is the next underworld book coming out. I’ve been waiting a longggg time for it and I need to listen to the next even if it’s the conclusion.
