so freaking good small town romance

this audiobook surpassed my expectations, I was expecting to enjoy it...I wasn't expecting to like it so much ❤️ I really like Laura's writing and the performances were really good. Lee Samuels has this raspy voice (did anyone notice that it was raspier at the end of each sentence??) that makes everything better. really good audiobook overall 🙌🏼

I really like this series! Has some spice and mystery. Definitely recommend!! Performance was good for both main characters.

Great high school romance

This YA book is filled with coming of age challenges and learning to discover one’s own way. The story was tender I loved the main guy, his character was patient, kind, hardworking, and challenged others. I hope to see the books evolve in the series as the girls grow up to become women.

This was a really cute story and intro into the series. I feel like it's only going to get better from here! The audio was great also, no complaints.

Not my normal listen

I normally wouldn’t read/listen to a “coming of age” romance, but I since I bought it on sale and know you can’t return those, I stuck with it and enjoyed it.
It was odd hearing Lee Samuels narrating a young adult romance story after having listening to him narrating the Wicked Horse series.
