Good story, bad narration

I very much enjoyed the story, but the audio made it almost unbearable to listen to. It sounded so choppy with odd breaks in the speech.

His love is undeniable

I loved how protective and possessive he was when it came to her. I loved everything about this book. The smut was a 10. My eyes were wide and I was clutching my imaginary pearls during the steamy scenes. This book goes on my reread list. I liked the club scene when Miles tried talking to Gabrielle. James wasn’t having it. Great age gap story. I’m on to Q.B.’s next book.

It was ok. I felt like James had a child like mind. I wish there was more of a struggle.

Certainly smutty

I assumed wrong that this would have some buildup or angst of any kind but it was just them bumping like rabbits and saying “oh god, I love you” over and over. Smut was good tho… I’m just disappointed for an 8 hour book how little plot there was.

Q.B. Tyler is queen of taboo

I was not expected to love this book so much but I finished it in two days. The spice was immaculate, their love (while taboo and unconventional) was so beautiful and I just loved Gabrielle so much. I also just love men written by QB Taylee
