The Worst Kept Secret audiobook is amazing! I listened to an audio ALC of this one. It's such a fun and spicy read. Performed in dual narration by Maggie Thompson and Dane Anderson with a few parts narrated in duet. These two narrators really outdid themselves with their performance. Both were perfectly casted.

I loved Avery. She was very mature for her age. She was very stubborn as well and she knew how to have a good time. I thought Maggie captured Avery's confidence and sexiness. Theo was the total opposite of Avery. Dane had that deep, rumbly voice that portrayed Theo's gruffness and he exuded that jealousy and overprotectiveness for Avery.

Despite their age gap they complemented eachother and connected on a deeper level. They understood eachother. I felt the chemistry between the both of them. If you like taboo romances definitely check this one out!

Perfect narrators for these characters!

I loved this book reading it but listening to it was top tier! This book will forever be one of my favorite books by Q.B. Tyler! The narrators did such a good job bringing Avery and Theo to life. Maggie brought the sass for Avery and Dane was perfect for daddy Theo! I had so many favorite moments in the book and I couldn’t wait to hear them especially the ferris wheel scene..iykyk🤭 This will definitely be an audio that I will go back and do a relisten when I’m ready for a reread, so good!

Theo is absolutely my new favorite Q.B. Daddy. He truly does not disappoint and will have you hooked from the start. I am in love with this man! This book was freaking hot, I devoured it and couldn’t get enough of them. The spice, the tension, sneaking around, you’re mine, a possessive daddy…they will have you wanting more. Oh and I will never look at a Ferris wheel the same again. My oh my will that scene will live in my head rent free, they are so hot together. I swear they were perfect for each other. One of the things I absolutely loved besides the hot spice was the communication between these two. They always communicated and despite the age gap with Avery being young she was mature and it just made them together work that much more. They were both obsessed with each other. This is definitely a book I will read multiple times. If you are looking for an age gap, forbidden, best friends dad this one hits the spot 100%. Love love love Theo and Avery!

Theo Theo Theo

What a daddy Theo is! His best line is fuuuuuuuuck! Other than that, I honestly didn’t care for Dan‘s voice. It was lyrical, very lyrical, and I just don’t picture that voice attached to a former football player. The actress that voiced Avery sounds like a soccer player. I don’t mean to be critical of the voice actors, but they’re the reason why you turn into audible and I would look like a better experience. Is there a reason why the make can’t all the male parts, and the female actress voice, all of the female parts, regardless of whose chapter they’re on. It’s really weird hearing the man moan for the female when she’s having an orgasm.. ijs. otherwise QB toe can do no wrong. I love every book of hers.

Narration is So HOT!

Dane Anderson is looking to be one of my new favorite narrator. He is SOOOOOOO good as Theo and the spicy scenes are HOT af! One of my favs to listen again and again

Holy Taboo Hotness😍😍

I loved this book from beginning to end. I love theos & Avery's connection. The steam though guys🥵 This was the best, spiciest read I've found in years🔥♨️

Age gap

All the spice and all the angst of a taboo, age gap, best friends dad romance. Avery and Theo have been trying to resist their pull to one another. Avery’s best friend is Theo’s son, and he is in love with Avery, so not only is their age a factor, they do not want to hurt Lucas’ feelings.

Audio review: Maggie Thompson was perfect as Avery. She had a youthful way of speaking, but not young and naive. She was fierce, sure of herself, with lots of sass and plenty of flirt. Her ability to change up her tone to depict different characters was phenomenal. Dane Anderson was fantastic as Theo. He had a fun way of taking control and being authoritative, but completely in aww and love with Avery. I truly was able to get lost in the narration of this book and enjoy the story.

Another Gem From QB!

one thing about QB, she’s gonna write a hot book and i will eat it up every time, throw in the already messy family dynamic and drama, WITH the fact that our FMC is sleeping with her best friend’s father??? yeah, i’m sat

may i just say, i will always love that QB writes such bold FMC’s! like yes, take what you want girl! avery was of course no different, the way she would tell theo what to do and when?? as she should ‼️but then theo on the other hand?? the mouth on him! lord have mercy, i need that man…. severely

along with getting our very loved QB writing and hottie MCs, the side characters in this book really took the cake😭i don’t think I’ve ever adored side characters more, everyone was flushed out, so funny, and truthfully, i need everyone to get a book!

i loved being able to listen to this audiobook! it’s always so fun to hear narrators bring your favorite books to life🤭 specifically with this book, as much as i enjoyed both narrators maggie thompson really took the cake for me! she was putting on a performance😌

QB will always be a top author for me and i can’t wait to see what she puts out next

Theo was a good man a and great father

The narrators were perfect for the parts, and the story was well written and very spicy. Really good!

Queen of Age Gap & Forbidden!

QB Tyler is forever the best at age gap & forbidden romances! Listened to this one in one sitting it was so fantastic! The narrators were amazing, & the spice was spicing along with a great story!

This is the second book in Secrets, even though it came out before the prequel (The Season of Secrets), and blessssss Theo & Avery are insanely hot! Avery is Theo's sons best friend, & the girl next door to them. Theo is the retired NFL star as well.

The sneaking around, the knowing they shouldn't be together, the development of feelings, it's all so good! The drama with Theo's son is super frustrating, but also understandable lol.

PS: Getting more of Wes & Reagan in this one was a treat since I read Season of Secrets first!

Another amazing read!!

I think this author’s books are the only thing that can help me survive the flu. I have not been able to read or listen to any books for the last four days, except for anything by this author. I guess her words are always comforting to me especially when I feel sick. This book was something that I really needed. It’s spicy, forbidden, and all kinds of taboo. I absolutely loved every second of it. Avery and Theo have such a great connection and chemistry. I loved the banter between the two of them. There’s just something about hot dad romances and this author is just phenomenal at writing them! I had the absolute pleasure of listening to this book on audio. From my recollection, I don’t think I’ve ever listened to either of these two narrators before. Maggie Thompson and Dane Anderson bringing Avery and Theo to life. They definitely had me blushing quite a few times. It’s always such a pleasure to be able to listen to a book on audio. I feel like I say this every day I review a book on audio but nine times out of 10, they always make the reading experience so much better.

Another amazing read!!
