The Crown of Command is a short novella set in the Shattered Gods universe. It foreshadows the fate of our protagonist Xal, and also shows one of the most important historical events in the series.

Nice Prose, Vivid Descriptions, Intriguing Ending

I like how he described the magic and the detail on of the emperor. It felt like Game of Thrones in Egypt.

Too short

This should have been much long with more details to this story. Still I enjoyed it.
