This story gives you the feel of older gum shoe detective stories with a modern flair. Nina and Matthew have a complicated relationship where she is married the is prosecuting her husband, but their love keeps dragging them back to each other.

The perfect woman
In book 2 we get to know Nina and Matthew better, especially Ninas past and how everything started with her husband.
I very much like the sidecharacters too (Ninas and Metthews friends/family).
It's maybe a bit much running away and back & forth between Nina and Matthew, but it still is a great story.
