As the only male demigod of his generation, Cameron has some pretty big...shoes to fill.

For one, he has to deal with all the female demigods, and some of them, well... you know.

For two, he’s the best blacksmith the demigods have seen in a millennia, which is good because apparently, he’s destined to craft the Ultimate Weapon.

So, yeah, this book is about a dude who likes to forge things and is surrounded by hot demigoddesses.

Do the math.

To much whiney boy not enough being a man. A lot of over story padding details and tell me the answers I am a kid and can't think of one. Even though these a supposed to be college age people.

whiney main

I'm not gonna spoil it but it's very Percy Jackson eske but please NO MORE SINGING i can't stand it. also the narration sounded good but like if your gonna make a book where 98 percent of the characters are female maybe add a female narratior alot of the voices sounded alike.

Good but I have 1 issue

The narrator makes the mc sound, whiny during battle scenes that it completely knocks me for a loop, it is so irritating, the story is amazing!!! But the narrator ruins it soooo much, I can’t stand the tone he uses, if you got a better narrators have him fix it, then the book would be perfect

I dislike the whining voice that the narrator makes during battles scenes

For the most part I enjoyed the book. The pacing is on point and the characters are for the most part well written. My main issue with this book is that the MC is fireproof and yet there are times in the book that he shys away from fire as a normal person would or as if he's forgotten that the fire won't harm him.

My other issue is there are two plot threads that are brought up in the first half of the book and they seem like big deals but are completely forgotten about by the halfway point.

All in all it was a good book that I hope will have a sequel to it that will tie up the lose plot threads.

good book with some problems.
