A lot of fun!

I am actually one of those few weird people who don’t usually like Paladins but the system and premise that Knight came up with is intriguing and has a lot of depth. I like how the progression works.
I also enjoyed the storytelling and characters. The beginning was painful and sad but Daren’s perseverance and ingenuity is amazing!

Jessica “The Heat” Threet, is an amazing narrator and she gives a great performance with bringing the story and characters to life!

I’m looking forward to the next one. I am thankful for the review gift code.

Story and Performance

Jessica Threet does not get the recognition she deserves. I’ve been a huge fan of OP MC so this is right up my alley. Amazing listen and amazing performance. Top notch!

And things were going so well...

So what do you do to someone who is a trusted friend responsible for summoning thousands of demons to overrun Your city; murdering dozens of men, women, and children in the process? Especially after your spending around 20 chapters dispensing a ruthless sort of divine martial justice such as bisecting, beheading, disemboweling, etc., wrong doers. What punishment is fair? You pull their pants down and spank them...
Seriously? Kind of harsh isn't it? Good thing the spanking got them all aroused...

Great story

Well a great story with a terse main character and great supporting characters. Jessica Threet does a great job narrating. Give it a listen.

Great story and voice actor

At times can be overly detailed on stats and skills but one of the better series overall in terms of writing and voice acting. Worth a audible credit for sure.
