Loved this book

It is different, has great story line, not at all a regular Christmas story. Loved it. Narration was great, the only thing that made me cringe was from time to time the way she said Amber. But besides that she was very good

Sweet, feel good story!

This book is my first from this author, and it was lovely. I enjoyed these characters, and it felt like a very comforting holiday story.

Amber Tate has the boss from hell and is about to lose her job just before Christmas. Now she gets the impossible task of getting the renewal rights to the Lund collection of children’s books. Emilia Lund, the granddaughter, is a recluse and refuses to consider any offers. When she invites Amber to spend Christmas in Sweden her boss tells her to go. A Christmas fairy tale with quirky characters and romance. Recommend.

Fantastic

A very enjoyable Christmas time listen! The narration is absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed the journey this listen took me on, and am very satisfied by the ending. I found myself laughing out loud and groaning when it came time to push pause. I will definitely be a repeat listener!

A sweet slow burn romance

This was a very sweet slow burn romance. I very much enjoyed this story. My only complaint is that the names sounded so similar that it was hard for me to keep straight who was who. I think it would be different if I were actually reading and not listening. The narrator did a wonderful job. I enjoyed her voice. She's quite talented. You could distinguish the different people by her pitch and accent. This book was definitely worth listening to as was the narrator.

Sweet Christmas Story

I liked this story overall, it had minimal drama at least from outside forces and the background cities created a beautiful backdrop. I loved hearing about the different Christmas traditions and foods.

I did think everything moved a bit fast, and I can't say would have forgiven Emilia as quickly as Amber did, but I enjoyed their interactions. Something A.E Radley does well is make somewhat awkward characters very endearing.

Good storyline, sweet plot, excellent characters. i enjoy their romance. it was nice to read about characters who fall in love slowly and truly get to know each other even though they had an immediate connection. highly recommended read!

Heartwarming

A very sweet old fashioned Christmas tale of friendship and memories. How love blossoms when you least expect it. The narrator was wonders. A must read at Christmas time
