Overall very good, slightly annoying that the reader still doesn't pronounce Mjolnir correctly but outside of that, very good read and very good acting with the voices. Definitely a must read for any Halo fan looking to see where the game started. also recommend listening to the first book for lore on Master Chief.

Must for halo fans

It was a relatively short tale but a gripping one, taking you scene by scene and interesting enough gets you in the head of the Marines which is cool to look back in the game and know what they were thinking

being a huge fan of the faces I was greatly satisfied with this novel adaptation.

Good way to listen to the first game.

Good adaptation. I started to struggle part way through. Mostly due to it being incredibly similar to the first game. It does however add some detail that is good. Mostly activities of other characters like other marines.
