I love this book so much. Emily does an incredible job of sharing information, benefits, practices, stories, and tools. She is relatable and I am not on my 6th day in a row of the morning practice. I've been meditation off and on for years but really feel confident that this is going to stick because I now have a form to follow and it's only 15 minutes at a time, so far my practice has been anywhere from 17 minutes up to 25 minutes so far, I have not used a timer to come out of it. I feel so much more clarity, and energy and focus throughout my days. I even was with family all weekend and felt the best I've felt around the family in a long time. I woke up and immediately just did my practice before leaving my room. I've done it in quiet rooms and even in a noisy place yesterday. It's amazing how it feels do-able in any place or situation. So grateful for your work Emily. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this book and if you have had a deep calling to bring a meditation practice into your life or not, this book is definitely for you.

This was a new approach to meditation for me and I got a lot out of the book. I do, however, think that it was too redundant. She said the same things that vet and over and over again.
Overall..I’m glad I listened to the entire book.

Fascinating information. Informative, accessible and just the right amount of background to the explanation of how to actually practice the meditation technique. Although you can’t help but feel like you’re being “sold to” the entire time...
