Third time reading
I love this book so much, it’s concise, instructive and doesn’t give off a new age woo woo vibe. Nothing wrong with those vibes, it’s just refreshing to hear a more scientific approach to mind/energy/frequency control. I’ve listened to the audiobook three times now and just ordered the hard copy.

Similar to my kung fu and tai chi meditation
I have had great success teaching my meditation method since 1992 when I approved my results in Utah prisons and rehab centers. I’m anxious to add some of these techniques to what I already do. Almost half of these techniques I have proven to be very successful and beneficial to my students.
I’m anxious to read / listen to this book for the second time now.
