Looking forward to practice

Many portions of the book reminded me of the law of attraction/practicing positive thinking, but definitely presented a few other interesting methods that I look forward to putting to practice. I would definitely gift/share this book with other open minded friends/individuals. I enjoyed the performance too, I’m very picky, some books are too monotone but this one was just right

very inspired

I am very inspired. I have lots of recurring thoughts that are not always positive. I am a grieving widow. Even though it's been a year now, I still have plenty of brain fog.

I still have flashbacks & bizarre dreams. I wake up in the middle of the night praying for the people in my dreams. Sometimes I think I'm just dreaming nonsense but something tells me to pray for the people in my dream. It is not me that these things are happening to in the dreams. There are different people around the world in similar situations. I pray in Yeshua's name for these people.

I'm looking forward to lifting the brain fog and knowing my mind again. I'm looking forward to doing better at my job and maybe even starting another career. This book offers genuine practical suggestions for empowering yourself. I know Silva does not talk about religion. He mentions God in general. I am thankful to Father God Yahweh & to our Lord Yeshua HaMashiach & to our Advocate the holy spirit. It's in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach that I am learning this mind control method. I need extra help "renewing my mind". Father God uses anyone & any situation to reach his children. Between reading scripture and amazing books like these, I know my mind & heart will heal. Father Yah has great things for my life. I just have to do my part to move forward out of this fog of grief.

I will be listening to this book over & over. Taking notes & posting reminders. Adding these strategies to my daily life until I can squeeze out every bit of benefit from this book.

I absolutely loved it. very well spoken and explained. I will most definitely be taking the class this book is written on.

The content was helpful and relatable

Very informative, not too much fluff or filler. Provided helpful instruction with using a bunch of clinical words and phrases to complicate things.

The mind is my powerful than we know

I love that this method was studied using scientific standards. Not every case is perfect. Not every experience is concrete. But the results are statistically significant. This type of work is usually called pseudoscience, but may someday fall squarely in the genre of social science (between psychology and sociology). This being the study of the mind as it interacts with other minds.

I have been wanting to try meditation and this book offers exercises to help develop purposeful meditation. Even if I doubted the power of my own mind, I can’t imagine any downfall to taking extra time in my day to relax and look inwardly.
