Would you consider the audio edition of Meditate Your Weight to be better than the print version?
Yes, because she guides the meditations. The pdf provides 66 pages of text that are for the journal part. Excellent value.What did you like best about this story?
Not really a story - it's an exploration into how and why meditation helps de-stress and she guides the reader into very specific things to look at each day that cause stress and then has help for dealing with them on a daily basis for 21 days. This is a life-long skill that she's teaching and she does it very well. At least to Day 4!Which character – as performed by Tiffany Cruikshank, LAc, MAOM – was your favorite?

Great book. Explains meditation and leads guided, graduated meditations in a very non-spiritual but very clarifying way. I'm 4 days in and am very happy with the whole package. It is making a difference in lowering my stress level and improving eating behavior. Blood sugar is down over 30 points without medication and I'm down two pounds in 4 days.Tiffany Explains It All

Tiffany does a fabulous job of guiding you through in a caring and loving way. The journaling is a big help. This is not my first time listening to this book or reading it as I have both. But I can tell you that it has helped me tremendously.
