What made the experience of listening to Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant the most enjoyable?

Robert Kiyosaki offers insightful stories from his road to "financial freedom." The book teeters on the repetitive side particularly during the early chapters, and some of his advice might be questionable. There were also unnecessary injections of political opinions. Though during the last couple of chapters Kiyoaki really provides a wealth of useful information.

Brave New world

as a financial coach and advisor it is very difficult teach financial literacy. this book aims to get people excited about their own ability deep inside to change their own life stop blaming others and follow a path that has been tested over time to give yourself Financial Freedom. this is not a get-rich-quick plan this is a long-term Financial solution. good work getting the ideas started. the Golden Nugget that I am taking from his book is the ability to raise capital for large projects with no money down yourself using other people's down payments and your down payment as The Sweat Equity percentage. so it's not no money down it's really your percentage is putting in the work to get the deal done. like paying the conductor of the orchestra.

Great book, could have been shorter

I believe this is an excellent book. The story and lessons are all very helpful and insightful. I do however believe that all of the information could have been delivered in a much shorter time and some of the info was just repeated. If you are someone wanting to learn more about the different quadrants of money management then this is a must read.

This book shares the difference between the poor, middle class and rich which everyone should learn!

Anyone wanting to become financially free, this is a must read! He is not only practical but also provides you with the mindset you need in order to get to where you want. the user of the cash flow quadrant is genius
