Story
It’s time for women to become more empowered to invest than ever before. No matter what business a woman is in, it’s key that she is not just entrepreneurial minded but investment minded. Most women are one paycheck or one man away from being bankrupt or homeless. Even those with businesses pour their earnings back into the business, and, in the end, never truly see long-term wealth. It’s time for that to change.

Story
Many Americans dream of financial freedom, but they're stuck in dead-end jobs and don't know how to get there. You don't need to be one of them. If you invested $35,000 in the stock market today, it could take 52 years for that investment to grow to $1 million. But if you invested that same amount into one single-family $140,000 rental property, it would only take 19 years. With just two rental properties, you could generate $417,000 in profit in just 10 years. Skeptical?

Many people have million dollar ideas. They're confident that their new product or service or innovation will make them rich and that all their dreams will come true. The problem is: Most people don't know how to turn their million-dollar idea into millions of dollars. According to many social scientists, the most important thing in life is a person's social and professional network. In other words, the people around us - our associates, our team, our friends. The people we surround ourselves with - and the people we go to for advice - can mean the difference between success and failure.

Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki are both concerned. Their concern is that the rich are getting richer, but America is getting poorer. The entitlement mentality is epidemic, creating people who expect their country, employer, or family to take care of them. And like the polar ice caps, the middle class is disappearing. America is becoming a two-class society, and soon you will be either rich or poor. Trump and Kiyosaki want you to be rich.

Few would argue with the fact that on many fronts, we are a world in crisis. And there are two sides to every crisis, be it a leadership crisis, an economic crisis, an education crisis, or a moral crisis. The two sides to crisis are danger and opportunity. Robert Kiyosaki's new book, Second Chance: for Your Money and Your Life, uses the lessons from the past and a brutal assessment of the present to prepare listeners to see - and seize - the future.

Publisher's Summary
Dear Listener,
Rich Woman is an audiobook on investing for women. Why an investment book written just for women? There's a very good reason. The how-to's of investing; how to buy and sell a stock or how to find a profitable rental property are the same for men and women. What's different are the unique issues that women face when it comes to money and investing.
Here are some eye-opening statistics:
- 47% of women over the age of 50 are single.
- 50% of marriages end in divorce. (The #1 thing couples fight about is money.)
- In the first year after a divorce, a woman's standard of living drops an average of 73%.
- 90% of all women will be solely responsible for their financial well-being within their lifetime.
Let's face it women, what worked for our mothers and grandmothers is not working for most of us, our daughters and our granddaughters. So now is the time for women to get smarter with their money.
My passion is to educate and encourage women to create the financial security and peace of mind they want and deserve in their lives. If that's what you want, then I trust this audiobook will be of great value to you. Here's to your success as a Rich Woman!
With thanks,
Kim Kiyosaki

I got it already! let's move on
The book consists of 24 chapters, and the first 7 chapters emphasizes on the needs for women to be financially independent. While this is a great point, I was hoping Kim will get straight to the point and present solid strategies on investment. Many of her points are common sense, such as the importance of financially interdependent, pay yourself first, and don't be afraid to ask questions etc. I wouldn't recommend this book even to the beginners because of its repetitions. The book is written in story style. Does 4 women sharing a lunch date in New York City sounds familiar to you? It reminds me of Sex and the City , but the characters lacks appeal. Although I haven't listened to Rich dad, Poor dad, Kim admits that the investing ideas she learned came from Robert, and that the fundamentally important ideas can be found in his book. Save your time on this one!

Horrible
The story was repetitive, the finance advice didn’t start until about chapter 6. I stopped around chapter 12 because the advice was just so bad. She talks about putting money aside into accounts for savings, investments, charities before paying your debts or bills that are due (which will then accrue you interest and send your credit score to the toilet). And in chapters before she talks about how you don’t need money to invest because you can borrow it from the banks! But with her philosophy no banks will give you a loan because your credit score will be ruined with her methods. Just horrible advice.

Wow!
I know this book is intended for women and I'm not a woman, however many of the steps given can be applied by a man as well. Especially someone of African american descent who is male and received no real training about money growing up! In many ways men are men as was spoke about in the book, however there is a big difference between white men and black men in terms of working and jobs and money. So I feel that I can take what Kim has presented in her books for women and apply them to black men of all ages to help teach my children and grandchildren and great grandchildren about becoming financially educated! Male and Female. Thank you Kim!!

for beginners
It was ok, but nothing revolutionary here to see. Much more for beginners, who have never considered they can manage their own finances apart from their partners. I dislike how financial books for women are basically so hypey, with "you can do it sister" attitude, without any technical real advice. I'll still to financial books "for men".

Women are doing it for themselves...
I loved the format of this book which follows a group of Uni friends through their financial awakening. Advice flows freely and you take from it the nuggets which speak to you. I have listened to this book before but there was plenty which spoke to me the second time around. I can't recommend it highly enough to ALL women - finance really is gender specific. A great introduction to investing for women
I found this book after seeing Kim Kiyosaki speak on London Real. Her approach to building wealth is inclusive and accessible which I really qppreciate as my knowledge of investing strategies before this was very little. I really enjoyed the way the book is set up as a story; it was very easy to read and had a conversational, light feeling.
I now feel more confident to study investment strategies more deeply and to take practical action with my own money too.
I'm really grateful to Kim for creating a book like this from a woman's perspective.
I will definitely go on to read more from her and Robert Kiyosaki too.
Highly recommend!

Story
In It’s Rising Time! Kim Kiyosaki makes a “call to women” - women who want to take control of their financial futures, women who don’t want to depend upon someone else for their security and well-being, women who want to be better partners in making great financial decisions for their families. Kim encourages women to believe that it’s time to rise above obstacles that so many women face, rise beyond where they thought they could go, and rise up to their financial genius.

Story
Few would argue with the fact that on many fronts, we are a world in crisis. And there are two sides to every crisis, be it a leadership crisis, an economic crisis, an education crisis, or a moral crisis. The two sides to crisis are danger and opportunity. Robert Kiyosaki's new book, Second Chance: for Your Money and Your Life, uses the lessons from the past and a brutal assessment of the present to prepare listeners to see - and seize - the future.

Story
Many people have million dollar ideas. They're confident that their new product or service or innovation will make them rich and that all their dreams will come true. The problem is: Most people don't know how to turn their million-dollar idea into millions of dollars. According to many social scientists, the most important thing in life is a person's social and professional network. In other words, the people around us - our associates, our team, our friends. The people we surround ourselves with - and the people we go to for advice - can mean the difference between success and failure.
