Major Issues:

Poor audio production: The narrator reads in a monotone voice throughout the entire book with zero enthusiasm, making it difficult to distinguish between chapters or key points
Disconnected materials: The book references tables, images, and QR codes in the accompanying PDF, but never indicates which visual corresponds to what content in the audio
Incomplete worksheets: Tasks and exercises are mentioned but lack sufficient data or clear instructions on how to complete them properly
Disjointed structure: Content jumps between topics without clear transitions, making it hard to follow

The Result:
You end up constantly switching between audio and PDF trying to figure out what connects to what, which completely disrupts the learning flow.
Recommendation:
The concepts might be valuable, but the poor presentation makes this book practically unusable. There are much better resources available for e-commerce customer retention strategies.
