Calmed my nerves and soothed me - very decent
What did you love best about Anxiety Relief Now?
When I first listened to it, I was already feeling on edge. This system of relaxing was effective for me and helped me forget about my anxious feelings. It served as a nice distraction and tricked my brain into thinking about the audio instead of my own worries.

Good for Anxiety
I like this anxiety relieving audiobook because it's practical. It's not about how to do it in the future, it's about doing. Getting yourself to a calmer place right then and there.

Relieves Stress
When that anxiety creeps in it can be hard to do anything sometimes. I hate worrying for no reason, and then it feels like I really wasted a lot of time. I found this audio program had the right words for me to get me to refocus on something else. Feeling more relaxed, and stopping the redundant unproductive worrying thoughts.
