But Red's been independent for far too long to get tied up again, especially when William not only wants her soul, but heart, as well.

Wow!!!

Passion and Fire from beginning to end. I was not disappointed. Good reading. Characters were interesting and captivating. Narrator did a good job conveying the feelings and emotions of these characters.

If you like fairy tales that speak to your adult heart I would definitely recommend this series! The characters are well composed and thought out. The settings are unique and creative and I love the way that Joanna writes and portrays events!

The adult Red Riding hood and oh my. This story is awesome. Where the classic story was wonderful as a child, this story is absolutely wonderful as an adult. Ruthless highwaymen, steamy wolf shifter and Red. I don't want to tell you what the story is about because I want you to be as surprised as I was waiting for what happened next, but I binged this story from the beginning through the end because I wanted to see what happened along the way and how it ended. I definitely recommend this as a great little vacation from reality.

Was a struggle to be present in the story

Listening to this story was very difficult. Half the cast sounds whiny (the men) the females sound like they are aristocracy. It’s a bad match. The way the story is written it may have been a the authors choice.
I found the h was almost impossible to like. She had an excuse to not do something when it mattered but she is a hard worker. She hates having to ask a man for any kind of help and when a man saves her from rape she can’t get off her high horse to say thank you but looks for more reasons not too. I am hoping the story leads up to her pulling her head out of her butt however I have lost patience with it.
