Epic story - modern classic

Breathtaking story, writing, and narration. Cannot recommend this highly enough to any fan of fantasy. Themes are dark and heartbreaking. Take a grain of salt with some of the depictions online - this is not a romantasy. It will leave you wrecked, in the best way.

Absolute Masterpiece!

This book is an absolute masterpiece and everyone should listen to this at least once in your life.

I did read all of the HP books. More than once actually. I have also read a ton of Dramione fanfiction including the INCREDIBLE MANACLED. This story and plot are the same as Manacled. There are differences but they aren’t plot related. Most of this book is just hard to get through. It could’ve been better if one of two things had happened:
1. The book was just shorter
2. More entertaining during the early world building as it took up most of the book
The chapters are extremely long so keep that in mind when I say it got at least more interesting around chapter 10. Chapter 24 picks up and we have a few different things happening that make the book more engaging. In part 3, I was hooked. This is days of reading at this point. I’m glad I read it. It’s a very good book. Epic? No. It was entirely too slow and boring for way too long to be considered epic.

Definitely the second and third book was a huge mind-blowing.

First book I wasn't sure what was going on, I really was struggling to get the idea at the begging, I was even thinking to restart the audio book because I wasn't able to picture or concentrate. BUT THEN!! Second and third book really got me...(cries). I really like the closing of this book.

Beautiful Depressing Story- glad I listened

Will you need a mind numbing rom com after this book? Definitely. Is it worth it to push through all of the pain and misery in the MMCs life? Yes.
I love the story. It is very dark and depressing. I would listen to this book for hours and I think I got into a funk to be honest. I do think it could have been shortened, mostly because I was just wanting the misery to end.

Hauntingly Epic

A dark journey through necromancy, war and love. This is the best book I’ve read this year! This is for lovers of magic and tragedy. I hope they make this into a movie.
