I highly recommend this book with all my heart. Be prepared to ugly cry. Possibly more than once. I can almost guarantee that you'll be full-out sobbing at some point. Tear Jerker

This book literally broke me as I became so invested in the characters. I didn't expect the plot twists nor the ending. Highly recommend if you need something moving.

So a few words decribe this book

This is one painful story. And my experince is i don’t know if i hate this story or love it. I’m gussing i am going through all the stages of greif, right along with rune. So i gusse this book hit me on a personal level. But if you like to ugly cry at the end this book is for you.😉

Heartbreakingly beautiful

Might be cliche to some people or cringey, but I found this story beautiful and sad. Love it and recommend it for those who like these kinds of books.

Kitsch is an early 20th-century borrowing from German, and it refers to things in the realm of popular culture that are tacky, like car mirror dice, plastic flamingos, and dashboard hula dancers.

Predictable

Maybe this was aimed more at a younger audience who still believe in rainbows and unicorns and true love that never fades; I mean its fair to think that way because the protagonists were in fact, 17 and younger. It was quite predictable, to say the least, and the love story quite sickening at times. I don't know how many times I rolled my eyes while listening. The writer used a repetitive style and often flooded the sentences with similes and adjectives it felt too technical. When I started this book, it was in the hopes of something that would make me weep while reading, but this ended up being annoying. I only finished it so I could see how ridiculous it would get, and I wasn't disappointed. The dancing app overhyped this!
