Great if you want another cook book- not good if you want to learn actual memory improving techniques.
The first chapter is a list of what foods not to eat. The second is recipes for brain nourishing meals. The final chapter- approx 23 mins is the ‘50 memory champion techniques’- that’s less than 30 seconds per technique; which are points of advise rather than techniques such as ‘get a good night sleep’…’read aloud’… ‘read internally if you want to speed read’.
I didn’t learn a single useful thing from this title.

Says memory techniques talks about learning tips.
And the bonus chapter is diets. First chapter legal disclaimer.too short over priced and doesnt teach memory techniques just learning tricks. Only good is narration.
