The Meal plans and recipe chapters helped me quite a bit as having good food options is my major issue. The staple items listed helps as i eat too much junk food. suggestions like Chia Seed and Strawberry Pudding!! Great suggestions.

This book is such a pleasure to listen too. For years I have been working on being health conscious trying to implement healthy habits can seem overwhelming. In Gut Health for Women there is lots of great information and is delivered in a way that is easy to understand and everything feels achievable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the information this book is inspiring and motivating. I am excited to start the detox and meal plan that is in this book. I highly recommend for everyone who has a desire to improve health, mind and body. This is a book I will continue to share and will listen to repeatedly.

This book takes a practical and research based approach to something everyone faces but doesn't pay attention to. The author speaks from experience but backs many claims up with the research behind the text. It is easy to follow and even includes PDFs for some of the items better to look at on a screen. I definitely recommend this book if you're looking for where to start to improve your overall health.

In the past few years I have tried to be very concious of what I eat, but after reading Gut Health for Women, there is so much more I can do to help myself! This book gives you the tools to really reshape your life in a positive way. Step by step to really learn about our bodies ability to put out effective energy and mental health with the right fuel! I'm looking forward to healing my gut and introducing meditation into my daily routine to see the changes!
