Excellent information

This book is such a pleasure to listen too. For years I have been working on being health conscious trying to implement healthy habits can seem overwhelming. In Gut Health for Women there is lots of great information and is delivered in a way that is easy to understand and everything feels achievable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the information this book is inspiring and motivating. I am excited to start the detox and meal plan that is in this book. I highly recommend for everyone who has a desire to improve health, mind and body. This is a book I will continue to share and will listen to repeatedly.

Great book focused on women but applies to all

This book takes a practical and research based approach to something everyone faces but doesn't pay attention to. The author speaks from experience but backs many claims up with the research behind the text. It is easy to follow and even includes PDFs for some of the items better to look at on a screen. I definitely recommend this book if you're looking for where to start to improve your overall health.

Effective Change and Easy to Begin!

In the past few years I have tried to be very concious of what I eat, but after reading Gut Health for Women, there is so much more I can do to help myself! This book gives you the tools to really reshape your life in a positive way. Step by step to really learn about our bodies ability to put out effective energy and mental health with the right fuel! I'm looking forward to healing my gut and introducing meditation into my daily routine to see the changes!

Very informative

This book had a lot of useful information and a detailed meal plan. Even though it focused on women gut health I found plenty of things that I will use in my day to day life. If you have questions about gut health and want easy to follow information that can help you this book if for you!

I have had problems with my stomach health. This book helps a lot!

The Meal plans and recipe chapters helped me quite a bit as having good food options is my major issue. The staple items listed helps as i eat too much junk food. suggestions like Chia Seed and Strawberry Pudding!! Great suggestions.

Loved this book!

For my Girlfriend

I got this audiobook to help understand my grittiness condition. She wouldn’t help her self so I wanted to step in and educate myself. Since listening to this, Iv been cooking better meals and putting things in the pantry that tastes good and is good for her body. Great book!

The premise was to treat your body right and in return your body will give you more energy and stamina for activities you enjoy. The attached pdf has all the recipes! And the first chapter helps you identify if you’re having gut problems.

This book really helped my wife

I am amazed at how much over all health positivly or negitivly effects your life, My wife was having an issue with her gut health. This book helped her figure out what was going on with her body and she is doing a lot better day to day. We highly recommend this book to anyone that is looking to improve their gut health
