good spooks

i did enjoy the imagery. The abiguity of the situations allows the mind to stimulate crazy imagery.

Skip the first story

The first story was awful, in writing (chock full of lazy hyperbole and cliches) and narration. The other four stories were great, though.

actually very scary must 4a horror short story fan

My idea of very scary stories. I usually hate sound affects in audiobooks. This is a rare instance where the sound actually contributed atmosphere to the accompanying story. The first and last stories are the most bloodcurrding...

I want my money back!!!

Yes, I know. These audiobooks were cheap, but it was a steal nonetheless, because, again, four out of the five stories were previously included in other books of the same publisher with no warning whatsoever.

Not scary at all

I didn’t enjoy these short stories. They were pretty lame and reminded me of a middle school student’s attempt at a descriptive essay.
