Yes! He speaks about his wife!
An earlier review whined about the main character talking a lot about his wife. Personally it showed a little more depth to a Litrpg character. No one in a situation like this who suddenly is ripped away from their family is not going to be going through inner turmoil about those they love. If that is all you can focus on maybe the reviewer needs to gain some more emotional depth themselves. This wasn’t as great a listen as the previous two books but I’ve still given it 5 stars as the story, humor and RPG elements are all there in spades. Good book, great voice acting and fun humor. Overall a great experience to listen to!

Good continuation of the story. Included in the end credits is a brief bit of failed recording an shows the struggles of trying to narrate a book. I really enjoyed that inclusion.

Amazing as all ways
The story is good and deserves the five stars but the narration just crushes it. The badger is by far my favorite character because of how his voice is narrated to be so hilarious. The chapter when the badger gets stuck in his throne had my literally laughing out loud. I cannot wait for the next book. It's one of those novels that if you started the audio books you are gonna wait for the next audio book even if the book has been out for awhile. Please don't ever change the voice actor he is killing it with this book.

I had fun!!
I almost skipped this book due to the bad reviews but it turned out not sooo bad.
The grieving wasn't as bad. It was acceptable since people recover at their own pace and his family really matters to him. No time limit would justify for a grieving person.

Great Book
This book was well written and well performed. It had me laughing constantly, receiving many a sidelong look from others in the room with me. Sadly it was over before I knew it. Would highly recommend this book to others and cannot wait for the next book in the series.

Loved the third installment of the Noobtown series
The Noobtown series is always a good listen, fun LitRPG adventure with lots of laugh out loud humor. The narrator is wonderful giving life to so many different characters with their own voices and personalities. This book feels like a bit of a filler, can't wait for the next book.
