Awesome
I have tried to meditate for years but I was never successful in quieting my mind and my body. This guided meditation with it's soothing voice, step-by-step instruction, with calming music in the background enabled me to do just that.
Thank you.
Another neat trait of this book is that those that prefer meditation without music, the meditation is repeated on another chapter without said music - you don't need to purchase another book - it's basically two for one! Clever.

The Best Yoga Audiobook I’ve ever listend to.
I’ve lately developed a slight sleeping disorder due to upheavals and the pandemic not making things easier.
From all the things a tried, i finally found something that actually worked out for me. I was hesitant in the beginning as I already tried other meditations, but this one really calms me down, setting my mind at ease. Deeply relaxed I’m finally catching up on the sleep i missed out.
I would recommend this book to everyone searching for a way to calm down after stressful situations.
