A gift to yourself ~
I must say listening to this book the last couple weeks was worth an entire year of membership an audible and then some. The only thing I would add would be to have a workbook to go along with it because many times I wanted to stop and make notes but since I was listening to it driving or gardening or working I was not able to easily write down what I wanted to remember. However I highly recommend this book everyone should be educated on all the vast information on how our body he needs clean water not what we filled it with
