Who knew that something you played on as a child could be a complete, free, home gym.

Who said working out couldn't be fun. I have tested and developed a workout that anyone can perform. This isn't a joke of a workout, but actually a routine that an experienced athlete will have a hard time completing, but also can be the first workout for a beginner. I also have included alternate options if you don't have a playground near. This can easily replace an agility or cardiovascular training day, and can actually be the most fun alternative. Some come checkout this routine, and I promise it will start transforming body to that of a child with an increase in lean muscle, agility, and strength. I am a certified personal trainer by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, certificate number 45582, and accredited by the NCAA.

I have not listened to any of his other performances on audio but I have seen him live. He is a great talent with a wonderful voice.
