DISCLAIMER: This book is amazing for the person running an education, course sale, coaching, etc. business (such as my land investing education business). If you are running a regular day-to-day operations business (such as my real estate sales business), this book has good stuff, but there are better options out there, such as 10X is better than 2X. This book is so powerful to me for my education business that I also purchased it to read and mark up after listening to it.

The author's insights on creating a "Nuclear Stack" is also a game-changer. By focusing on complementary activities that support and amplify each other, it is evident how to streamline your workflow but also enhanced the value I can provide to my audience. Orford's examples of how this approach can lead to exponential growth are both inspiring and practical.

Really enjoyed it

I had never heard of Scott before this book, but I appreciated his insight and unique perspective on running an online business. Note that this book is slightly more tailored to coaches, agencies, SAAS, or an online education (course creators). Not a bad thing though. The mindset aspects of the book were helpful for me even though I’m outside that business space. Would highly recommend.

Great for people starting out, for people a few years into their entrepreneurial journey his 1:1 / group programs are likely better.

Just what I needed

This is just what I needed at this moment as a marketing consultant trying to grow my business while considering a pivot. (Oops I think Scott says he hates that word "pivot").

I wish the author would have read the book, but the performance was still good.

I think my biggest takeaway was the Products chapter. I am going to institute the Core Offer, Assension Offer and Inner Circle model.
