I loved this book because it is a reminder for everyone to be present in the current moment and give importance to the person that they are spending time with right now. We value the future and what it holds, but do not stop to appreciate now.

I quickly realized that this book was going to be one that I would go back to for the rest of my life. Mr. Tenney's honestly early brings credibility to the rest of this short read. I was able to relate to so many observations and it made me understand myself so much better. I now believe I have a blueprint for becoming a better version of myself.

I have read many books on mindfulness and this one would be very high on my list. Written in simple and relatable language in a very well structured set of topics. The proposed practices are easy to do and highly effective. I highly recommend this book and Matt’s YouTube channel.
