Enjoyable listen

Overall an enjoyable listen. Not super long or drawn out. The twists were good but I think most will have it figured out before the end. The narrator can get kind of repetitive but it’s minor. Overall I enjoyed it

Great twist

Just when I thought I had it figured out...
What a clever twist! The performance was excellent and added so much to this book. The writing was skillful and easy to follow with many time lines. Be aware that because there are some intense mature moments, it could be triggering for some people

The twist in the story

Loved it more than any other audible program so far. Very engaging. Kudos to the author! And the cast. Love it

I feel like a second listen to the last part would help me understand more clearly but what interesting realizations!

Confusion

This was a pretty good book, but it got repetitive at times. The main character kept chastising herself, but really had no intention of righting her wrongs. Then, all of a sudden, toward the end of the book, the main character was switched with no warning, and I found myself unable to make out what was going on again until the end of the book. That was frustrating.

A thrilling trip!

This clever story is unputdownable and kept me engaged with quick pacing, surprising twists, and telling of a chaotic night through several character perspectives. Just listen to it already!

Twisty

The story is engaging right from the start. The characters are relatable. A twist right when are sure you know who the culprit is.

And so begins the introduction to the Hiking Trip. I will admit I had a difficult time getting into this book because the writing just didn’t grab me up in the beginning. I wasn’t connecting with the characters either. But then the tide turned and brought with it the suspicions, the secrets, and the suspenseful eeriness that only being in the woods can bring.

It’s pretty mid

Story line gets a bit complicated with all the info you need to try to keep straight. parts of the story are a bit ridiculous to try and believe even for a novel. I finished it but not sure it was worth it.

awesome listen, slow but once it getting going, the plot twists and keeps twisting. highly recommend
