fiction based in reality, gripping

this story touched on so many societal truths while bringing me through a nail biting crime mystery. I appreciated the references to the forgotten genocide, and the impact of social acceptance, mental health, and distorted world views has on our youth. remember Armenia.

Based on true events

Thoroughly enjoyed the story, it’s so pertinent for our times now and always.. great performances.
I hope more people read this and think about different people with understanding and compassion .

Couldn’t Put It Down

I liked the steady pace of the story and how intricately the author tied the details together. The historical references and the connections to ongoing online activities targeting hatred to women was very interesting. “Watching” Ben’s little life change and his anger increase was sometimes painful but the build up was amazingly written.

It was good

This was a good book. The ending caught me by surprise. That doesn’t happen often

Difficult to follow

I really wanted to like this book… I am sure it is amazing!!! I’m going to try to listen to it again, write down the characters so I could follow more.

All this could’ve been avoided if his super rich friend TY broke him off a bank roll!! Smh

Wow

This was excellent. Having a teenage son isn’t easy. Although Ben was completely wrong for his actions, I found myself being empathetic towards Corinne although. The twist and turns of this book took my emotions on a roller coaster ride. Looking forward to reading more by this author.

Heartbreaking

As the mother of a young son who interacts online with others, and is so susceptible to the hate on the internet, this story broke my heart and definitely made me more vigilant in monitoring my sons content he absorbs AND the content he may produce. What a world we live in
