Charlie Donlea does it again, bringing his listeners/readers a great book full of mystery and suspense. I get so many projects done listening to his books, since they are difficult to stop. Thanks, Charlie!

Excellent Thriller

This is the story of a 10 year old cold case that involved a 17 year old volleyball star that went missing. Pete Kramer was the lead investigator on the case. He is dying and asks Ethan Hall, an ER doctor and a former investigator, to reopen and lead the investigation for the missing 17 year old. Ethan needs a new lead on the case and the lead comes from a prison inmate. From there the story unfolds some thrilling and mysterious info.

I absolutely loved how thrilling this book was. Just when I thought I had it figured out there was a twist. There was twist after twist that keep me interested and fully invested in the plot. I really enjoyed the author's writing. The chapters were only 2-5 pages long which made the read quick and effortless. Great job!

Cliffhanger till the end! Such great intrigue and character development. Great narration too. I had not idea!
