Kept my interest, but..

The story is very interesting, but it's also very annoying. Our heroine is weak and wishy washy. She lets her husband and others walk all over her and it grates. Also in the end it wrapped up okay except you have to listen to more apologizing unnecessarily and people don't even do the right thing morally or legally.

Tough listen

The plot takes so long to play out in this book. It drags on with the same thing happening over and over. The characters are unlikable: the wife is getting walked on, the husband is horrible to her, and the child is a brat. It’s actually hard to listen to this book. While I wanted to shut the book down, admittedly I was held in till the end to see how it ended. It was a good book, but not a relaxing listen.

Did not like the Naration

The naration was so disturbing. It drove me crazy, especially Poppy. The story drug on. I only finished it because I am not a quitter.

Annoying

What’s with Poppy? Hated her voice. I could never understand why they didn’t put cameras in her room and in the house. I listened to it anyway some of the story line was good but predictable

Mind boggling

Loved the book and the twists and turns. Good read - if you like psychological thrillers, read this one!

Ok, but narrator makes odd choices

I think the premise is the book is great, but the narrator makes such odd choices they seem downright silly. It’s almost like she’s trying to add drama to the story instead of getting to the bottom of the issues she’s experiencing, like a normal person would. Just…odd.

The same narrative not enough plot twist

Consistent narrative throughout the story not interesting entirely too long , characters lacked personality. Plot was obvious

The child’s voice omg I can’t

The book was very long some parts were interesting but when the child spoke I can’t I think that ruined it for me

Great twist and turns

Awesome job. Acting and written story. Kept me on my toes and it was exciting.
