I’m pretty close to having read every book on narcissism ever written and I was hesitant to read this because I was sure I couldn’t learn anything new but this book was incredibly helpful and powerful in reminding me of things I’ve forgotten or have minimized. This author really knows narcissism and how to not only protect yourself but more importantly how to live a more free, happy loving life free of narcissistic people. Shahida’s books are a gift to humanity and I’m grateful to have just completed this one… I will be listening to it again!

This helped me heal, helped me turn a corner in my mental health, and most of all gave me the strength and courage to recognize the toxic traits of some people in my life and the courage to stand up for myself and create boundaries or cut people off which is super hard for me to do. I've read it. My wife read it. My son read it. His girlfriend read it and it changed her life as well as she has a narcissistic mother and a father who enables the mother. I could go on and on!
