The first time I listen to the audiobook, it threw me for a loop! I was offkilter for three months FOMO really kicked in. All of the lies I had believed seemed insurmountable. And he hit every one of them! A full commission in my market seemed unheard of, but the minute I shifted my mindset and started asking there was no pushback… and only I worked with those who saw me as the favorite, the last eight or so listings, I have not done a free consultation or even a CMA prior to signing an agreement. It does work, but I think I’ve listened to the audiobook, at least four times now and starting over. Next, I’ll go to my hardcopy and start highlighting and underlining because it takes time to implement all of it. :-) cheers.

If you enjoyed “Never Split the Difference” and are a real estate agent, read this. It helped me identify where I was operating from fear and how that was preventing me from being a better agent and hurting my happiness and success.

There are numerous Audubon repeats in the audible version I heard. So many, I thought my app was malfunctioning. Hoping they fix and update for easier listening.
