Good content, not enough practical examples. Trying too hard to sell their monthly subscription app.

I liked the idea but the only solution really is to subscribe to an app he sells.. cool.

Great book.

Easy to grasp and apply the tips from the book to my life. As an audiobook, it was perfect to listen to on my long ride home from work.

Outstanding book!

Highly recommend. I’ve been through many trails and tribulations in my life and have successfully made it through of them with the proper mindset. This book put a couple more tools in my toolbox.

It's just a long infommercial for the app

Some good information, nothing new except the author creates categories which are subjective in my view. However, as others have noted (I should have believed them) this book is just a long advertisement for their app/website where they gather all of your contact information and offer a free thirty day subscription without telling you what it will cost going forward or even much of what it offers. I guess you find that out after you sign up and give them your credit card info. Reviews, many of them, note that it can be very difficult to get them to respond when you ask to cancel and many have stated that they were charged for months while asking to cancel. I'm surprised that Audible even sells this sham.

Absolutely Life Changing Gems‼️

I heard about this book from one of my mentors, and decided to check it out. I’m Excited I did just that and Now I’m Hooked. Since Repetition is the mother of skill. I will be listening on repeat!!

Encouraging and seems doable

Motivated to try this technique, I do affirmations but this seems better and more specific. Worth a listen!
