I’d love to have Jon Taffer sitting on my shoulder advising me quietly into my ear with my next conflicts. Great advice! Well organized and presented. I just hope I remember how to use it. I’m buying the hard copy to use as a reference guide!

takes a bit to digest

this book is very good. it's like drinking out of a waterhose...so much info in such a compact amount of time. as time goes I'm sure I will digest more of what I just heard.

He couldn’t help but politicize this entire book. Pretty Sad and disappointing for the money spent.

A vehicle for self-promotion and both sides-ism.

I've never watched this guy's show before. But, since he summarizes episode after episode in this book, I don't need to.

It’s just a story about his shows.

John offers no real psychological solutions to handle conflict resolution. Everything is all all about his show bar rescue.

He also discusses his political views and discusses Donald Trump’s poor communication style. He makes mention where Trump resorts to name calling and yelling where if you think about it, he does the same exact thing, except on a grander scale.

This book offers absolutely no value. Save your credits for something else.
