Another masterpiece from David Greene!

I started with SOLD and knew this one would be full of impactful, useful and next level content. This book is the second in the series of real estate books. If you’re newer in the industry, I would start with SOLD and read this one immediately after to know how to use all you learn in SOLD and then some! Here he discussing the next level from being one, from lead gen, to conversion rates, to investor lingo, how to scale your business, to how to be a top producer in this industry! I would recommend this book to anyone that might be unsure how to move forward in your business or someone doing great but needs to new ideas on how to scale! It’s a bonus that he adds a lot of great insight from other books, great one, two punch for what you learn here.

Tons of great info as a new agent

I listened to it all the way through to get the main points but I’m definitely going to listen again and take notes the second time around. Highly recommend.

Recommend For Every Agent… New or Old

I’m not the newest agent however I wanted to gain more knowledge and productivity in the business so I bought this book…I’ve listened to it three times already and now I not only use the info in this book for myself but I share it with others and that’s why I recommend it for new agents and seasoned agents especially ones growing a team because I feel that older agents don’t realize some of the small things that newer agents don’t know..this book broke it down to a tee!
