Get the book if you want to apply this info

Summarizing the book leaves out a lot of information while still getting the gist of it. I am purchasing the book as I would like to hear more of the research data as well as the details on how to apply this as I have loved ones with high BP, etc.

Missing out scientific discussion and evidences.. Good summary but unconvincing talk as there is no analysis or discussion of the conflicting results of the multiple major studies addressing possible harms or benefits from salt restrictions...
