Excellent
Since I am blind, I appreciated the descriptive Ness of this book. I was able to do all of the stretches and positions mentioned in this book solely by listening to it. No pictures necessary. There’s a lot of great information in this book. I’m sure I’m going to use it to be healthier. I feel very motivated and inspired.
