Excellent!!! MUST READ!

I have been doing shadow work and healing for years. tbh, I've hit a wall... Decided it wa time to get back to basics, refresh, renew and hear a different perspective in how to do this... A lot I had forgotten, and needed to be reminded of... and a lot I was needlessly overcomplicating & overthinking... SO MANY "AHA" moments! So many breakthroughs even before I finished it the first time... Listening a 2nd time now, in case I missed anything & really pound this in... I highly recommend Listening with a notebook & pen - take notes! Pause it and do it, then resume & repeat... Awesome book, aLoce the author - Thank you!! 🥰🙏🥰

great tools for assessment and making progress but the reader uses a weird inflection that is jarring at times and doesn't seem to match the tone of the material being read
