Easy to digest, lots of treasures to hold onto.

This book has a lot of treasures tucked inside. The first half of the book Suzanne takes us through her personal journey in a way that is relatable (managing loss/grief, understanding personal trauma and baggage, discovering how to process emotions in a healthy way, etc.), although her story is very unique in itself. I found myself relating to the initial feelings of skepticism she expressed towards different belief systems or practices and then the eye-opening moments when those beliefs or practices align directly with your life/experience of the universe. Suzanne seems to have explored many different practices and has since woven in her own version through her personal spiritual practice. The second half of the book is her take on these practices and how to implement them into your own life to awaken your soul and stay consciously in touch with yourself. Some of these practices include breathing techniques, different disciplines to stay mindful or grounded and journaling/conversation prompts. Suzanne very much enjoys an acronym or play-on-words, as there are many throughout the book, each relating to her practices she shares-this was something that stood out to me and was sometimes distracting, but could be a useful way to remember certain practices without feeling overwhelmed. Before reading this book, I thought I might already have explored my own consciousness journey too deeply to find this book truly useful- but I really enjoyed this book, and I believe many people of all different belief systems could take away something incredibly useful to them. The simplicity of explanation

I love the author’s work and have been following her for a while. I’m always blown away with the simplicity with which she describes complex constructs, distilling them down to the most important bits and raising in the reader the motivation to follow through with practice. Highly recommended for anyone on any stage of their spiritual journey.
