This is a great book on achieving separation. I'd recommend this for everyone, especially teens and young adults.

I never encountered anything in the book but I’ve been researching this sort of thing and I think there might be something to it. I'm going to give some of the activities a try.

Very Essential

I read this book a long time ago and lost it. I wanted my own copy instead of borrowing it from the library or a friend. its a really good book for the beginning astral traveler.

The plot was interesting

For anyone checked in bodily movement, this AUDIObook is a help. This encourages one to relax, and sleep. Believing is essential for our minds to function and stay healthy.

Narrator sounds like an infomercial

I can appreciate that this book has a ton of information, I might try to read it instead of listen. The narrator’s voice is completely obnoxious and I couldn’t get very far. It was like listening to a sales commercial.

notes:What not to do during a lucid dream: no violence. Don't do extreme exciting activities you will wake up. No shutting your eyes, you end that dream. Don't bring up random memories about your waking life, u will wake up. Avoid thinking about negative thoughts you will have nightmares. 8.Avoid fixating over a single person in lucid dreaming 9.stop trying to exert too much control. 10.avoid looking in mirrors you will wake up after seeing your body. Mirrors don't work like in real life it might be a little scary. If you are thinking about neg stuff. 11. Do Set a time limit. Don't obsess over lucid dreaming. Or make it the best time of your day. Get a good life. Balance. 12. Not doing anything is not a good idea, enjoy and roam around explore. Plan b4 lucid dreaming 13. Only spin a little too focus on your dream. Don't try to fly when your not ready. 14.dont thinking can do it later" bcz u will forget what you wanted to do.

Excellent audiobook

It has loads of advice and tools for anyone to get Astro projection. I thought it was well worth the value and a timeless classic.
