Surprisingly Romantic Gem

From the description and the warnings I thought this would be an all smut no plot book, which is not a bad thing, but I was pleasantly surprised by how romantic this story was.

The story is spicy, complex and so romantic. I fell for Alexei right along with Eli and I liked both characters a lot. I like couples that wouldn't typically go together, and these two go together so well. I was so engrossed in the story, it went by too fast and ended too soon.

The narrators are perfect! Their voices are easy to listen to, I never found either of the narrators distracting. They did a great job in bringing these characters to life, and drew me in and kept me invested in the story.

I loved this book! The writing and the performances are terrific!

Short and Sweet

I really enjoyed this one. Joe and Liam did a great job. Always a fan of Joe's Russian accent. It was a quick 3 hr listen, but full of lots of emotional moments. You were definitely rooting for Alexei and Eli to have their HEA. 😍 Can't wait to listen to the rest in the series.

Loved this book!

I’ve been waiting to start this series and so glad I did! The audio and narration was amazing! I loved Alexi and Eli’s story and definitely plan to re-read. I’m looking forward to the rest of the series becoming available on audio.

Possession at its finest

Amazing narrators and overall enjoyed the story. I love a good jock/ nerd romance.

Parts of the story were a little meh, like the overall bullying was a bit… idk.. not fitting I guess. But like I said it was a good short story and I enjoyed the narrators.

alright so I heard a lot of good things about this book and ill be honest It was good I really liked it and considering the tag I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the story was. My 4 star review comes from how I felt the story was unfinished... there was so much more of the story I wanted like how Alexi's dad gets dealt with, about how his team reacts, about his NHL prospects. I just feel so uninformed about the rest of their story. maybe the subject will come up in the next books and maybe thats why its missing from this one but I still think that there was so much left unfinished.

MM College Hockey Bully Romance

Savage Titan by E.V. Olsen is a MM college hockey romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Joe Arden and Liam Dicosimo. This is the first book in the North Shore Titans Hockey series.

This is the first book of E.V.'s that I have read and it won't be my last. I loved the chemistry between Alexei and Eli. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Brutal Titan to be released on audio so I can get Jackson's story.

Joe and Liam did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for a MM romance, hockey romance, or bully romance.

I listened to this one on audio and I devoured it so quickly! It is narrated in duet by Joe Arden and Liam Dicosimo. They both made this audiobook so easy and enjoyable to listen to! And I love how they brought Alexi and Eli's story to life. I'm a sucker for a good bully romance and this one did not disappoint! It's a pretty short book and a quick listen, but if you want a college MM bully romance, definitely check this out!

A fast paced masterpiece

If you’re looking for a fast paced sort of enemies to lovers, bully to “you’re my sunshine and if anyone hurts you they’ll d!e a painful death” hockey MM romance, then this is your book.

From their first meeting, sparks fly between Alexei and Eli, and even though Alexei is a total a$$hole, he’s not stupid enough to know Eli is special. So he wastes nothing in making him his, and 👏🏽 I 👏🏽 was 👏🏽 here 👏🏽 for 👏🏽 it 👏🏽 I absolutely adore their dynamic and how perfectly they fitted together. Eli is soooo my spirit animal 🤭🤭🤭

OH MAI GAWD!!!
The way I was NOT expecting Joe and Liam to hit the characters in the nail over and over again! From Joe giving us that subtle Russian accent that Alexei has to the emotional rollercoaster he went through as he searched who he was; from Liam matching Joe over and over and giving us that matching emotional performance...uffffff this hit on so many levels. My soul was not ready but I want more, and I can 10/10 say the audio brought the book to a whole new level!!!
