These two psychos made me laugh all through. Adorable psychos! Highly ethos amazing book. If there was a morally grey man I want , Kieran is it.

Great performance and engaging storyline

I really liked the performance and the contrast between the main characters. I have already pre-ordered book two!

3.5 rounded up to 4

This was a solid 3.5 but I decided to round up because once they were actually allowed to be soft and cute with each other… PERFECTION. I ate that up every single time. Every meal, every smile, every soft kiss.

This is a rivals to lovers MM romance between two quarterbacks, full of jealousy, possessiveness, messy emotions, and one very unhinged man who genuinely believes obsession is a love language

And honestly? It delivered on the chaos

Zander, being the most cute and adorable boy in love… and a devil in LACE?! Perfection.

BUT… I do have to talk about the beginning

The whole kiss at the game situation just did not work for me. It felt random, a little unrealistic, and it didn’t really sell the enemies to lovers dynamic. I was confused more than anything

And I feel like if that had been built up better, the entire relationship would have hit so much harder

Because once the story actually settles into them, once you start seeing the connection and they’re allowed to be vulnerable and soft with each other… it’s really good

This was a perfect book to read when I felt my book slump coming on it keep that sucker at bay. It all started with a kiss. I eat this story up and will definitely be reading more from both authors.
