Great story once it settled in

Good story once it settles in. I enjoyed the unique perspective of the author and MC. Some of the writing is a little clunky in details or sudden introduction of elements that fit the story. The background characters are very one dimensional, but the MC and companions have depth and their voices really add to their depth. I really think one of the characters is face painter from Seinfeld, sort of steals the show sometimes.

fun and entertaining story with good companions that are not annoying, also yeah the MC gets a lot of skills but the groundwork is done before he becomes a pathwalker, he just hits the floor running and doesn't stop. looking forward to book 2

annoying and boring.

juvenile writing. Characters act 12 years old. the protagonist never tells anyone anything and acts like an as*hole throughout the entire book. skip this one.

book is written like edgy slop

the narrator needs to learn how to say artificer. this book was poorly planned out and written like an edge lord threw a bunch of stuff on the wall with no plan on how to put it together. it's cringe. how am I supposed to feel bad for a guy when he's a beast kung fu master who can kill stuff one handed and immediately gets a girl to offer herself to him in the first chapter. he isn't a sympathetic character but you keep pretending he is because he has one hand. all his power ups are just oh I'm special and edgy brrr it has no thought. I wouldn't have given it a chance if I didn't see a million ads for this online.
