Great information to take on a new healing routine
loved the book! very interactive with assessments to help you begin your healing practice.
I gave 3 stars for performance, only because I found the voice of the speaker challenging; robotic and unnatural. however, I could get past it, and found the book very helpful.

Awesome listen for healing trauma
This book was recommended to me by my Doctor for trauma healing and was really informative. I enjoyed it at 1.30 speed. This book needs a PDF for the healing exercises on chapter 6.

Many good points to learn for this!
I actually really enjoyed this book. I learned a hand full of things and others I might of already known. I like that I was able to just listen and then towards the end be able to have the activities and exercises to follow, that made it helpful. I will try these as recommended and hope it works!

Healing
I thought this was perfect for anyone interested in Somatic Psychology and the concept of healing trauma within the body, instead of the head. There were discussion on causes as well as exercises for healing.

Never made the body connection

lovely really great exercises
nice exercises. I liked the narrator's voice made me more comfortable as I am learning through my bodies memories of trauma and feeling my entire life for the first time.

This book is a life saver. And one I will always come back to. It’s simplicity is its power. It’s focus is exclusively on the body and not the mind. This book has the power to bring you out of your head and into your body so you can heal.
