The main character {Chase} was egocentric, controlling and had anger issues.
Less explicit sex would have been a plus.

Hooked me from the beginning

I have read a lot of hockey romance recently, but this one really caught my eye. From the first interaction I was hooked. The dynamic was great, I loved their friends, and things seemed very realistic which I do appreciate. Narrators were fantastic and I can be fairly particular. 10/10 would recommend

One of the best

By far one of my favorite sports romance books. The book was so well written and beautifully performed. A must read.

Hockey romance

These days you can easily find a plethora of hockey romances available. I’d heard really good things about this book. The beginning was strong. I liked the characters and felt back for Bailey as her ex is a giant tool. That being said, this book is extremely long and I don’t think it needs to be over 500 pages. I found myself bored due to the length of the book. The audio helped as I think I would’ve struggled to finish reading it otherwise. Enjoyed the narrators.

So much hockey!

I really liked this story with Bailey & Chase They were definitely meant for each other even with all the stuff that happened especially with her horrible ex. The romance was really good and I loved how much hockey that was in this.

Great story!

I liked the story and the readers. It was fast paced and fun with great dialogue read by two people who complimented each other.

Great story and performance!

The length of the book concerned me but I was engaged all the way through. Real issues that aren’t often touched on. Fantastic character development all around. I recommend it.

offside has been on my tbr for a while now & i’m mad i didnt start it sooner. while its not a duet narration, both VA’s were absolutely amazing & made the story so much fun! i may or may not have spent the first day listening up to 50% because it was so good 😆 highlyyy recommend
