Crying my eyes off

The perfect ending to a perfect series and the best one yet. Loved it and felt so sad we won’t get more. Mandatory read for all. The narration made the ending so much more meaningful.

I loved Rio and Hallie’s story. The audio was 💯 and it was the first in the series done in duet style. Chefs kiss.

If you’re looking for a sweet story that’ll leave you feeling delightful, this is it. No drama, no angst, no break ups or real struggles. I enjoyed the story.

A perfect ending to the perfect series

This was the perfect ending to the perfect series! Hallie and Rio are my new definition of second chance romance and I honestly can’t explain how much I loved their story. This was such a romantic, heartwarming story I could cry ❤️ Rio has been a favorite since that first book and it was beautiful to see him get his happy ending. The angst was on point, the romance was swoony and the spice was spicyyyy!! Honestly perfection. I loved them both so much I’m sure I’ll re-read soon. I’m so excited to keep reading more of Liz’s work because there’s something about her books that just resonates with me!

I didn’t think the voices really fit the characters, Rio sounded kind of broody and serious instead of goofy. And Hallie sounded much older. However, the performance was enjoyable!

Love and Love

This was perfect. The story, the characters the every thing. I have loved Rio. I did want a little more humor since it was Rio, but one of my top 2 from this series.

Liz knocked this book out of the park and Made the completion to this series even better than I could have ever imagined 🥹 Rio and Hallie’s story was woven so beautifully while having some twist and turn that pull at your heartstrings. Fret not, Liz heals us back up by the end. I will never not recommend this entire series, thank you so much Liz, for creating another Roman Empire series for me 🥹💕🙌🏽🔥
