Reread even better than the first read
Laura and Gregory knocked this whole series out of the park. I loved the story and all the books the first time I read them, but hearing them through audio the 2nd time was even better!!

One of my favorite fantasy romance series
This series is a great mix of darkness and light. I adore the characters and Roehrich does an amazing job redeeming the seemingly unredeemable. I was able to predict several events; however, there were still twists that even I wasn't expecting. Horowitz is one of my favorite narrators. She is incredible at both female and male voices. I'd be happy with her being the sole narrator.

Favorite Series
This series has it all! I've both read and listened to it and either way, you will adore the characters, laugh and cry with them, and then be at a loss as to what to read next after this epic finale. Can't wait for more from Melissa!

“One more chapter” will become your new mantra.
Lady of Darkness series has my vote. It has everything from absolutely amazing and well developed characters that you would either love or love to hate; to an incredible plot with wonderful magical world building. It’s a great story with love, betrayal, secrets, sacrifices, family and friendship. I just have to say it is addicting and hard to put down. “One more chapter” will become your new mantra when you dive into this incredible series.

HOLY CANNOLI this book / these books are absolutely god tier! What a phenomenal ride. I have laughed, I have cried and I’ve even been turned on. Fantastic world building. SO MANY BELOVED CHARACTERS! So grateful to still have the novellas in not ready to leave the amazing lady of darkness world that MKR has created. It’s one of the very first series I have ever given every single book in the series 5 stars! I absolutely recommend! This is a must read for all fantasy lovers and romance aficionados!
